Mike Milligan
Mike Milligan is a thirty-year veteran of the UK circuit and a former teacher, an instinct for holding an unruly crowd's attention that carried straight over from the classroom to the comedy stage. He's the resident compere at Newcastle's Hyena Comedy Cafe, named one of the UK's top ten comedy clubs by the Daily Telegraph, and has headlined the Comedy Store, Jongleurs and The Stand. His writing and performing credits include Byker Grove and several Catherine Cookson dramas, and he provided the voice of Sid the Sexist for Viz comic's animated video. Three decades of stagecraft and quick thinking, gig after gig.
