Mike Gunn
Mike Gunn is a self-confessed pessimist whose masterfully dark, lugubrious style has made him a legendary headliner on the UK and global comedy circuit. After overcoming a severe, early-life struggle with drug addiction, Gunn found his ultimate release in stand-up comedy, debuting in 1995 and heavily drawing from his raw, real-life journey to recovery. His critically praised Edinburgh Fringe show, Uncut, was so impactful that it received Arts Council funding to tour UK prisons, schools, and rehab centres as an educational tool. Named one of the top ten stand-ups in the country by The Independent on Sunday, he is a regular fixture at The Comedy Store London, has toured extensively alongside Lee Mack and Jo Brand, and has captured television audiences on BBC1's Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Comedy Central's The Comedy Store.
