One of the few openly right-leaning voices on the UK circuit — and he's earned an Operational Service Medal entertaining troops in Afghanistan.

Geoff Norcott left a career as an English teacher for stand-up in 2001, carving out a rare niche as one of the few openly right-leaning voices on the circuit and turning that outsider position into sharp, well-argued political comedy. His BBC Radio 4 special Right Leaning But Well Meaning won Best Comedy Production at the 2019 BBC Radio and Music Awards, and he's fronted his own BBC Two documentary, How the Middle Classes Ruined Britain. He's a regular on Mock the Week, Question Time and Would I Lie to You?, and has entertained troops on five tours of Afghanistan, for which he holds an Operational Service Medal. Politics and everyday life, handled with wit rather than shock value.
